My name is Suzanne Sinyard Chambers. I graduated from UGA - Double Dawg,- and went to work helping people love chicken. Since I was a member of Chick-fil-A's marketing department, that was a pretty easy task. I got to hang out there for lots of years before I got promoted to my current job- Chief Operating Officer of the Chambers Family Corporation. Which means I stay home and get my people where they need to be to do what God has called them to. I am most proud of the fact that God has chosen to entrust me with the mission of equipping 4 lives to fulfill God's calling in their lives.  I am so very grateful that He allows me to do so by the side of my best friend for over 30 years. I like to read and  to bake and to write Bible studies and to homeschool my kiddos. And to invest in the lives of women.  Living letters.

"I have no greater joy than this, to hear of my children walking in the truth."

My husband is Paul.  He takes good care of me, provides for our family so that I can stay home and blog, keeps me from being locked up in an institution and makes me laugh.  I love him. Plus he is awfully good-looking and that helps us stay married all these years.

Our oldest is Katie.  She is not only a legalized drug dealer turned stay-at-home-mom, but she is also gorgeous and amazing.  Ask her Dad.  A few years ago, she changed her name and then 10 months later, she decided her life wasn't crazy enough.  So she made me a grandmother.  My name is Suzie.  Paul's name is Cap'n.  And the cutest kids in the universe are Jonathan, Mary Alice, Lucy and baby Max.  The only mistake Katie has ever made is to move 4 hours away so her perfectly fabulous hubby Jon could deal drugs in Albany.  They could just as easily do that down the road from me.  Jonathan and I would like it alot better.  He told me so.

Our next is Mary.  She graduated from Berry College (I believe her major was World Management -  I don't know why cuz she already knows how to do that).  She is as gorgeous and amazing as Katie.  You can check the pictures.  I am telling you the truth. She will blow you away. Anyhow, after college, she went to work making sure people will always love Chick-fil-A. Pretty cool gig, huh? And there, she met this handsome guy named Andrew who swept her off her feet…and away to live in Washington DC.  What is it with my kids moving away from me?  So now they live and work up there, making sure that part of the world gets their CFA fix.  They should do that here. For real. Especially since they brought a perfectly perfect little boy into the world November 2021. Little Emmett. Perfectly perfect.

The next in our brood is Chip.  He is perfect.  Truly.  Just ask me.  His real name is Dwain Paul Chambers III.  So that's why we call him Chip.   He graduated from the University of Georgia and then, wait for it….yes, he, too moved away from me! Whaaat??? He is studying medicine in Philadelphia which means I hardly ever get to see him. But he is good to his Mama - he calls me a lot and tells me about all that he’s learning. He knows I miss teaching him (actually it was more like watching him teach himself, but whatever) so he is helping me learn about all things medical. His Dad says I am going to get an MMD - that would be “Mother of an MD”. Whatever. Just so he comes home.

The bonus baby is Betsy.  Practice makes perfect, they say.   She is in nursing school in Alabama. (I offered the “homeschool for college” option but that was not a go) and she is absolutely adorable. We Dawgs prefer to say she is on the mission field in Tuscaloosa but truth be told she is taking the University of Alabama by storm. She is positively amazing.  We know where she came from - Mary prayed for her.  She is definitely the answer to our prayers! Betsy filled up the hole in my heart - I always wanted 4 kids but didn't know if God was going to say yes to that heart's desire - praises to His name that He not only answered "yes", He showed off when He made her! She is smart and gorgeous and fun like her sisters. Now if she would just come home…..
